01WHICH CIRCUITS ARE COVERED?+
Six core motor control circuits: Direct On-Line (DOL), Single-Phase Forward/Reverse, Three-Phase Forward/Reverse, Automatic Star-Delta, Three-Phase Sequence Start, and [confirm sixth circuit name with build — engine brief lists five circuits proven correct in the simulation engine, but Schematic Mode's locked count is six per the guardrails; verify which sixth circuit is shipping in Schematic Mode before publishing]. More circuits are being added — kWh metering, solar wiring, UPS backup — and each one is validated against the wiring conventions used across SA training.
02HOW DOES IT WORK FOR TRAINING CENTRES?+
Per-seat licensing at wholesale, with an instructor dashboard showing which students have practised what. You assign seats to your learners via invite codes, bundle the cost into your course fee at whatever price works for you, and reassign seats between cohorts as students complete. 03WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I VALIDATE A CIRCUIT?+
Every connection you've wired is checked against the correct reference. You get a score (e.g. 44/44), and a breakdown of correct connections, missing connections, and any extra wires, exactly the fault-finding detail you need to fix the wiring, not just a pass/fail.
04CAN I TRY IT BEFORE COMMITTING TO A MONTH?+
There's no free trial, but Individual Quick Access gives you full functionality for R50 over 5 days, enough to wire every circuit and work through the 80 ARPL theory questions before deciding on the monthly plan.
05DOES THIS ALIGN WITH THE HIGH SCHOOL CAPS CURRICULUM?+
The motor control circuits in the simulator align with the CAPS Electrical Technology Power Systems content in Grade 11 and Grade 12, single-phase motor applications, three-phase motor starters, and star-delta starting methods. Useful for NSC exam preparation and PAT support, alongside trade test preparation.
